ØTechnical
support for Detail Engineering of the project.
ØResolve
if inconsistency, data inadequacy and propose the correct alternative.
ØAssess
Engineering Design package and perform engineering studies for new scope and
existing facilities.
ØStudy
and ensure adherence to clients, project codes and standards.
ØInvolve
Value engineering study.
ØSupporting
the planning department for well executed planning schedule.
ØPrepare
Risk item summary which may affect EPC stage.
ØEvolve
procedures relating to operations, design, construction, demolition and
maintenance.
ØMaterial
Take off for the concern scope of areas.
ØReviewing
the technical quote and it's completion as per engineering requisite.
v P-Procurement:
ØServe as primary contact for the distribution of procurement
document, reports and correspondence to project management and engineering.
ØPrepare bidder lists, request for quotations, prepare bid analysis
summary and make a recommendation for Purchase order awards and its revision as
required.
ØAnalyse draft materials requisition, including reviewing for
completeness and accuracy.
ØEnsures appropriate logging of action taken for the material
requisition from engineering departments.
ØActivities such as final vendor data, invoice from suppliers,
evaluating the performance and preparing closeout and storage of records.
v C-Construction:
ØSupervise the construction/Project Activities.
ØEnsuring the work is carried upon in accordance with approved procedure
and drawings.
ØPrepare a work plan and check list prior to start activities.
Prepare procedure for installation work at particular location with aspect to
work, SAFETY and quality.
ØPrepare as built and other engineering documents upon completion.
ØIdentify and justify additional material expenditures.
ØAssist in consultation with company engineering section to
determine solution to unusual problems encountered.
v O-Operation:
ØCommunicate with all units and other plants.
ØMonitor product quality and make recommendations and/or
adjustments to maintain product quality, yields, and production rates.
ØIdentify operational hazards and resolve them as necessary.
ØMonitor the plant products give-away on a continuous basis. Take
appropriate action to reduce product losses.
ØCoordinates with field production & maintenance personnel to
evaluate the performance and maintenance history of engineering materials
and/or equipment.
